If you’re reading this, you are probably someone who loves young children and believes in the potential of every child. Please consider making a donation to help Collier Child Care Resources (CCCR) rebuild after Hurricane Irma, so we can keep working toward a future when every child enters kindergarten ready. All four child development centers that CCCR operates locally sustained damage from Hurricane Irma. Some repairs still need to be made, ranging from replacing a roof to new fencing.
CCCR offers tuition assistance to about 75% of those receiving child care their centers. Now we need the community’s help to rebuild the facilities these children know as their ‘second home’.
Child’s Path, a CCCR Child Development Center, needed a new roof before Hurricane Irma. However, hurricane damage made the roof leak and now roof replacement is URGENT. A new roof costs $10,000, which is less than our insurance deductible.
In addition to this cost, other repairs still need to be completed. These include new ceiling tiles, mulch, sand, playground shading, and fencing. Help us reach our goal of $30,000 by December 31st. Due to high local demand January is the earliest a roofing company can begin, so January is our target date to reach $30,000 in donations. Any size donation helps. Thank you for investing in a bright future for all children!
Raise the roof!
